1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you connect your Google account, we receive an OAuth token that grants access to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console data. We do not store your Google password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Rankinfo service, operated by Synthax (synthax.codes), including pulling SEO data from Google APIs, generating AI-powered insights, and displaying analytics dashboards. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Google User Data

Rankinfo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access the following Google user data through OAuth:

• Google Search Console data (search queries, page performance, click and impression metrics)
• Google Analytics data (session counts, user metrics, engagement data)
• Basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture)

This data is used solely to provide the Rankinfo service - displaying SEO dashboards and generating AI-powered insights for your accounts.

5. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We share your Google user data with the following third party, strictly for the purpose of providing the service:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) - Aggregated SEO metrics (keyword positions, traffic trends, page performance) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate analytical insights. No Google OAuth tokens, passwords, or personally identifiable information are sent to Anthropic.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third party. We do not use your Google user data for advertising, market research, or to train AI/ML models. We do not share your data with any parties beyond what is described above, except when required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Google APIs (Analytics and Search Console) to retrieve your SEO data. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate insights from your data. Our infrastructure is hosted on Railway. Your data is processed in accordance with these providers' respective privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can revoke Google OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@synthax.codes.
